Let me summarize the issue.
Your account has been flagged to us by Trust and Safety team. Online gambling is restricted in certain countries, and as a result, your IP address can be blocked due to regulations. This affects other customers who share the same IP address with you on the Self-Service Plan and damages the Cloudflare network.
To continue using Cloudflare services for your online Gambling business is to bring your own IP prefix (BYOIP) to avoid any damage to Cloudflare network.
BYOIP is a part of Enterprise services, you cannot use it on free / pro / biz plans, likewise you cannot do the same business on ENT without BYOIP.
Let me try to reiterate the importance and why we are suggesting you move to your own IPs.
- Your current settings are affecting our network and we need to take action asap to rectify the problem.
Fixing the problem involves few steps:
- You need to move to Enterprise plan where we use different network routing (this should bring you such benefits as reduced latency, access to Enterprise Support 24/7/365, access to our Architect and Engineers for any technical questions related to Cloudflare).
- You will need to use your own IPs for that (this feature is called BYOIP).
2.1 This will allow you to advertise your services via your own IP and change them on demand as you wish (via an API call).
2.2 You can bring us a minimum of /24 subnet (includes 256 IPs) which we will onboard on our network.
2.3 You can either bring your own IPs or leased/rented ones.
- Depending on your domain numbers and settings, we suggest you also look at SSL for SaaS feature.
3.1 This will allow you to automate domain onboarding and issuing certificates and apply settings to your domains automatically.
