Абуза от [email protected] - какие шаги предпринять?

Домен в найсник, переадресовали мне следующую абузу:

Собственно, какие прежде всего предпринять шаги, и далее как поступать с контентом на сайте? Сайт принадлежит мне.

Если на перечисленные продукты нету трафа - удалить их с сайта и написать об этом NiceNIC.
Если есть - переименовать. оставить название действующего вещества. Например вместо "Plavix" - "Clopidrogel tablets". Написать NiceNIC. При этом, если будет критическое падение продаж, через 2-3 недели можно попробовать вернуть взад. Тут уже нужно оценивать риски и профиты. Скорее всего, проверят опять.

Почему письмо не адресовано сразу регистратору? Хостишься у NiceNic?

Нет, хостинг другой.
Насчет того, почему в клауд пошла жалоба, не знаю.

Ну так ты же читай, что тебе пишут. Они просят to immediately stop hosting this website on your servers. Это письмо хостеру предназначено. В заголовке Dear Sirs написано. Вообще хз кому оно адресовано. Это Фейк отправленный каким-то пидорасом на [email protected]. Как он попал к регистратору вообще не понятно )) Клауд ВСЕГДА пересылает хостеру, но не регистратору.
