Помогает шаблонное сообщение ниже, текст для тикета или письма:

Dear «Ваш-регистратор» Support Team,
I recently received a message indicating that all of my domains have been suspended due to allegations of their operation as rogue pharmacies. The message states:
️Указываем причину блокировки, например: "have been suspended due to their operation as rogue pharmacies. Despite previous notification regarding pharmacy-related domains, no action has been taken. As such, please note that in the future, the account may be suspended if we continue to receive notifications of newly registered fraudulent pharmacy domains."
I want to clarify that I do not intend to violate any rules or policies set forth by «Ваш-регистратор», ICANN, or any other governing entity. I value compliance and transparency in managing my domain portfolio.
However, as the registrant of the domains, I request the AuthCode(s) necessary to transfer my domain(s) to another registrar. My request is by the ICANN Transfer Policy, which ensures that domain owners have the right to transfer their domains without undue restriction or delay.
Specifically, I refer to Section I, Paragraph 5.2 of the ICANN Transfer Policy, which states:
"Registrars must provide the Registered Name Holder with the unique 'AuthInfo' code and remove any 'ClientTransferProhibited' status within five (5) calendar days of the initial request, unless the Registrar provides facilities for the Registered Name Holder to generate and manage their unique AuthInfo code."
I kindly request that you:
1. Provide the AuthCode(s) for the domains in question without delay.
2. Remove any transfer lock (if applicable) to facilitate the transfer process.
Failure to comply with this request may result in my filing a Transfer Complaint with ICANN, as the withholding of AuthCode(s) without valid justification is a violation of ICANN policies.
Please confirm the receipt of my request and provide the requested information within five (5) calendar days to avoid further escalation. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a prompt resolution.
